Customer Support Specialist

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, has a friendly phone presence, and wants a flexible role that makes a real difference in dental offices? We are looking for a customer support specialist to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role where you will guide dental practices through getting started on our secure dental referral system and make sure they feel confident using it. The position can be done from home and is remote friendly, giving you the comfort of working where you like while still being connected with the team and the offices you support.

Your role

  • Call dental offices to introduce them to the system and walk them through account setup
  • Support offices with their first referrals so they feel comfortable using the system
  • Follow up with dental specialists and support them if needed to ensure the referral process is smooth
  • Make outgoing calls and respond promptly to emails from offices whenever they need help
  • Be available during regular working hours to handle calls, emails, and support tasks
  • Work closely with our internal technical team to make sure every office has a smooth experience

What you bring

  • Experience in customer support, health care, or a similar role is valuable
  • If you have worked in a dental office, that is an extra bonus
  • Comfortable making phone calls and writing clear, professional emails
  • Organised and detail oriented, with the ability to keep information accurate and up to date
  • Comfortable using web based platforms and tools. No advanced technical skills required
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to explain processes clearly
  • Bonus if you know about patient privacy and PIPEDA, or if you are willing to learn
